I am passionate about helping technology teams THRIVE and organizations TRANSFORM. Since founding Vitality Chicago, I am working with organization to help teams with Agile thinking and the Scrum Framework. I teach Agile and Scrum as well as the cultural elements that are necessary for an organization to gain true business agility. I help organizations establish co-located and cross-functional teams, identify effective Product Owners, and create initial product backlogs. I enjoy working with the leaders in an organization to help them understand Agile and Scrum and to create an environment where people come first, productivity is high, and teamwork is effective and enjoyable.
SCRUM COACH | ENTERPRISE AGILE COACH
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, I train and coach teams to adopt agile principles, culture and practices. I groom Scrum Masters, and coach Teams, and Product Owners. I help teams excel with Agile and Scrum and encourage them to adopt Lean, Kanban and XP practices. I coach organizational leaders to become servant leaders. I also facilitate communities of practice and leadership team discussions.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AGENT
As a culture and organizational change agent, I help organizations transform and create a culture that puts people first, increases employee engagement and keeps the right people on the team. I create transparency that makes organizational impediments visible so that they can be addressed and overall productivity improved. I work as a servant leader and collaborate with other leaders and change agents to establish an Agile Champions team and maximize the impact and benefit from the Agile Transformation.
