It has been a few weeks since my last post and you might be wondering if either the blog or I am dead. Well, apparently neither of us are dead just yet. The thing is that I've had to re-focus my efforts on writing for my book and that has taken a priority over this blog. Don't give up though, I plan to return to semi-regular posting over the next few weeks.
Speaking of the book, the chart below shows my progress on the book Project Manager's Guide to Emotional Intelligence. My goal is to have the first draft completed by July 8. That means 9 Chapters and 80,000 words. I currently have the first 6 chapters nearly completed and 46,000 words. See the chart below which I am using to track my progress. Thanks to both Don K and Jeff L for reminding me to use my own accountability tools to track my progress. A more detailed chart can be found here.
Over the course of the next few weeks I will be recruiting people to review the draft chapters of the manuscript. This will be on a chapter by chapter basis. Please let me know if you or someone you know would be interested in participating.
