A few weeks back I posted about some research currently underway for emotional intelligence, project management and leadership. Well, I just heard from Sriram Rajagopalan that he is about 50% complete with his research on emotional intelligence and it's role in the leadership of virtual teams. With just two weeks left on his survey project, you still have time to participate and to receive the results.
